Why Socialism Is Not Biblical

Description

‘Socialism is any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods.’ There are three aspects of socialism described by Dr. Brown in this treatise which are contrary to Biblical principles. Socialism is based upon a materialistic world view alone. It penalizes diligence, sanctions stealing, and promotes envy. Marxism/Socialism calls for the redistribution of wealth. Handouts destroy personal accountability and the biblical work ethic. The Bible calls for diligence and condemns laziness.
