Word-For-Word Translating of the Received Texts, Verbal Plenary Translating

Description

Dr. Williams makes the case for word-for-word (formal equivalence) translation of the Received Texts as the only method that honors God’s promise to preserve every word of Scripture. He examines the history of Bible translation, contrasts word-for-word translation with dynamic equivalence and paraphrase, and demonstrates why verbal plenary translating is the only approach consistent with belief in the verbal plenary preservation of God’s Words.
