Jehovah Saves: A Commentary on Isaiah

Description

Thomas Strouse presents a verse-by-verse commentary on the entire book of Isaiah — the longest book in the prophetic canon and often called the fifth Gospel for its extraordinary Messianic prophecies. The name Isaiah means Jehovah Saves, and the whole book is a proclamation of divine salvation through the coming Servant of the Lord. Strouse works through all 66 chapters of Isaiah, examining its historical background, its prophetic content, its quotations in the New Testament, and its practical implications for believers today, all grounded in the text of the King James Bible.
