Origin of the Critical Text

Description

Dr. Williams traces the historical origins of the Critical Text of the New Testament — the Greek text that underlies modern Bible versions — back to its foundations in the corrupted manuscripts and the rationalistic textual criticism of Westcott and Hort. He demonstrates that the Critical Text represents a departure from the Traditional Received Text that has been used by Bible-believing Christians throughout church history.
